Thanks for reaching out via the Community!

As far as I understand you're unable to add a playlist to a folder. Is that the case and is it a specific playlist or multiple ones? Have you tested by creating a new folder? The more info you provide, the better and we'll know what steps you've tried so far.

Just a reminder that it's currently possible to create and add/remove content to/from folders only within the desktop app and in the Web Player. If you haven't already, check out this article.

If you're unable to add a playlist to a folder on desktop, let us know if you're seeing any error messages and what I suggest in this situation is a clean reinstall of the Spotify app as it often helps with different performance issues.

On another note, if it's the Web Player that it's not working, give it a try in a different browser.
