Offline limited to 5 device, How to remove devices ? (I reinstall my pc)

I have just reinstall my PC and i'm not able to remove the old device (as it's on the same hardrive...) I don"t find an interface with the list of devices. I try to disconnect all my device but the issue remain. I'm not able to download my playlist to keep it offline.

At the moment, there's a limit o 5 devices for offline use per user. When you're going to stop using one of these devices, we suggest removing the downloads from that device, so you can use that spot to download content in a different device. You can find the steps to do so here.

Since you mentioned it's no possible to remove the old devices, you can contact our customer support team here. They'll be able to check your account and help you with this.
