&lt;P&gt;We had this &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Can-t-save-playlists-after-editing/idi-p/6430021" target="_blank"&gt;Ongoing Issue&lt;/A&gt; in regards to what seems to be exactly what you're sharing with us.&lt;BR /&gt;If this is the case, as the issue was fixed with a recent app update - make sure your app has it installed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In case you're on the latest app version but your issue persists, see if &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/storage-information/" target="_self"&gt;removing your cached data&lt;/A&gt; would make a difference.&lt;BR /&gt;A step further is to perform a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;complete clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the app as shown here.&lt;BR /&gt;Note that performing both of these actions will remove your offline content. It will re-download the next time you open the app, base on your data download settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Lastly, if the issue remains, let us know these following details:&lt;/P&gt;
