    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank You for replaying to my question!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;unfortunately the problem still was not solved, what i did:&lt;BR /&gt;- moved all my music to a new folder called music and deleted the old folder (didn't work)&lt;BR /&gt;- checked if every file is supported (.mp3) (didin't work)&lt;BR /&gt;- installed QuickTime and used it (didn't work)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;but now when i play a track it stays on 0 only, it doesn't become unavailable to play anymore&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I uploaded my local files to spotify and when i tried to play any song it stucks on 0:00 seconds it doesn't even move 1 second, after a couple of seconds of waiting for it to start, it becomes unavailable to be even played like what happened to the song &lt;EM&gt;Beware&lt;/EM&gt; in the photo.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;can you please help me?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's a good idea to try changing the source location of the local files on your PC. Simply create a new folder in a different directory on your device and move your local files to this folder. Then just delete the old folder used for the local files. Now you can try importing the files to your mobile device again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
