&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, is this happening across devices or only on a specific one? It'd be helpful, if you could check. Also, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens? If you've been using Wi-Fi, you can create a hotspot on your phone use that or vice versa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists across devices and networks, it's recommended you secure your account by following the steps below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
