Depends on what you're trying to do, but if you want to "merge" two playlists into one, the easiest way would be to open one playlist and use the "Add to other playlist" option to add all songs from it to the other one. This will allow you to consolidate duplicates too. After that, you can delete the redundant playlist to avoid confusion.
