DJ now plays way more Top 50

I could tolerate a “Top Songs” or “Editors Picks” every once in a while, but now it’s every other section of songs. I like using DJ since it selects songs from across my playlists and organizes them in neat sections that (usually) make sense, so it’s like a grab bag of my library. I can’t tolerate Top 50 interrupting my music this much though. When I opened it today, the first three sections were top songs that I’ve never played or liked.

I realize I’m probably the only person that actually liked DJ in the first place, after seeing other people’s posts, lol.

Just to confirm, have you added the Top 50 playlist to Your Library? Keep in mind that the DJ gives you recommendations based on the content you usually listen to.

If you'd like to exclude a specific playlist from DJ, we suggest that you take a look at our Idea Exchange to see if someone has already suggested something similar. No I don’t have any playlists in my library for Top 50 or the new genres/artists that it’s playing (That’s not always what DJ calls it, it also puts these songs in Editor’s Picks, Vibes and even Based on Recent Listening.) or anything similar.

Is this a bug then? It’s playing Artists and genres I never listen to. Today it played an all Spanish in “Based on Recent Listening.” (I don’t speak it, and I don’t listen to music in Spanish either.) I just checked my listening history to make sure no one else is using my account, but all the history is mine.
