Why does my playlist in a bottle keep glitching?

Everytime I click 'song I need to see live in 2024' it glitches and it stuck on the screen before it shows you what song you got and then I have to restart and it happens everytime. I don't know what to do, can anyone help?

This is happening to me too when I click “song I would bring to desert island” it just gets stuck and doesn’t show the song ˙◠˙

Thanks for reaching out!

In your app's settings, make sure your Data Saver settings (Data Saver & offline -> Data Saver) is set to Automatic or Off.

Next, if you're using an Android device, go through this link and locate your device manufacturer. See if there are any battery optimization settings that can be affecting Spotify or the device in general and switch them off.

For iPhone users, try going to your phone's Settings -> Accessibility -> Motion -> Reduce Motion and try turning that off.
See if there aren't any iOS specific battery saving settings as well.

In case the issue persists, the next step for both OS types would be to try a different internet connection. If the issue remains, try removing your app's cached data or installing a new fresh copy of Spotify via this complete clean reinstall link here.

None of these helped me. I’ve seen multiple people having this issue including myself. I’m sad, I just want to read my note to myself from last year 😞
