How does one share a playlist that sorts music from new to old by default?

I want to share my music playlists to my socials but i noticed it shows the oldest songs first and as I update these playlists weekly it would be ideal for the playlist to show newest added by default with those I'm sharing it with. I've got it changed on my end from newest to oldest but when sharing it goes back to oldest to newest first.

Hey @mitchellhughes, thanks for asking in the Community! 🎵

As of now, if you share a playlist with others it will not retain the order in which you have set it. This enables other users to sort the playlist however they like using the options like recently added, title, etc. You can read more about sorting and filtering in this article.

You can add some info in the playlist description that will let others know what is the ideal sorting option for that specific playlist. In that way others can sort it accordingly.

If you think a sorting order per playlist is a good idea feel free to post it in the ideas board.

When the playlist are huge (more than 10 items), there is a need to sort them in various ways like Most Recently Added, or, Alphabetical. There is no such feature as of now.
