Not playing certain songs

there’s a few songs that won’t play when i click them or add them to queue or anything. one in particular i had listened to less than an hour ago. i tried everything, clearing cache, restarting my phone, deleting and redownloading the app and nothing will work to make it play.

We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article? If so and the issue persists, would you mind trying with a different Wi-Fi connection to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Lastly, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
