Random person joining playlist without invite

My Question or Issue

Hi! I experienced today that a random person joined four of my playlists as a co-creator without me sending an invite. I made them public for a few hours, so that I could send links to spotify customer service while asking questions regarding the lists, while talking to several different agents for a long time. I have not sent anyone else a link, nor have I sent anyone an invite link. How can this happen?

I’d recommend resetting your password here just in case. You can always make your playlists private and therefore even if one has the link, they will not be able to access the playlist. If you notice anything else that’s strange on your account, please follow these steps.
