I don't want public playlists on my profile

My Question or Issue

I looked up my profile and I was shocked to see every playlist I liked that was public was shown on my account. There are over 400, I do not want these to be shown. Some are very private subjects. I am really upset and feel this is an invasion of my privacy. I never saw this before. I have my personal ones hidden. I am not on Spotify for social media, I want to listen to my music privately. How do I hide all these playlists without having to delete them.

Hey there, @Iammadatyouagain,

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

You can remove a playlist from your profile by tapping the three dots menu > Remove from profile. You'll have to do that manually for each playlist though, as there isn't a way to mass-remove the playlists from your profile at the moment, I'm afraid.

💡 Tip: With the desktop app, you can right-click on a playlist to access the same menu, which might speed up the process. There's also an option in the settings called Publish my new playlists on my profile, which I'd recommend turning off.
