My 2023 and 2024 Wrapped Playlists are missing?

My Question or Issue

For some reason, my 2023 and 2024 wrapped playlists have somehow just disappeared and I never deleted them either. I want to know how I can fix this issue and recover my playlists? And yes, I have already logged out and back in numerous times now and still no luck.

Hey @AEchane96, thanks for reaching out!

Please type "your top songs 2023" and then "your top songs 2024" on the search bar and let me know if the playlists show up.

Their title won't be "Wrapped" but you'll see it in the playlists' description.

Well, just to be on the safe side, could you please check if you're able to recover the playlists?

Also, you could try searching for "your top songs 2023" and then "your top songs 2024" in the main search bar on another device and even in the Web Player to see if it works.

l have looked into the section of "recover a playlist" and there are NO deleted playlists. As mentioned in the initial post, I have never deleted them and instead they just disappeared on their own. I have also already tried searching for them on another device and still nothing.

Both of my Top Songs of 2023 & 2024 playlists are just gone all of a sudden and I have never deleted them nor any playlist of mine for that matter. I've already tried typing them into the search bar and still nothing. Anyone that is familiar with this issue that knows a solution would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
