All my liked songs, playlists, and profile picture suddenly disappeared

My Question or Issue

I’m honestly so frustrated. I had liked over 200 songs on Spotify songs I’ve collected over time, each one with its own vibe and memory. Then suddenly, a few months ago, all of them disappeared without any warning. My profile picture was gone too, along with the playlists I had created. I have no idea what happened, and it’s honestly so upsetting to lose something that felt so personal.

If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. My playlists were full of memories, and the thought of having to re add over 200 songs again is just exhausting. I really don’t feel like starting over.

Could you try checking if your profile and library content are available on the web player or the desktop app? You can also check the Recover Playlists section on your account overview page. Note that this only shows the playlists that you created and deleted.

If you can't find anything helpful, you can head over to Spotify support and let them know about the issue. They might be able to restore your account to a previous state. I would also recommend resetting your account password in case your account was compromised and someone else gained access to it, which resulted in the library erasure.
