How do I make EVERY playlist appear sorted alphabetically? Not _just_ the side bar playlists?

So I would like to have ALL my playlists sorted alphabetically. At the moment, its fine in the sidebar, but when I click on the current song playing to add it to a playlist, the playlists are all over the place and dont seem to follow any rhyme or reason. This can make finding the playlist I want to put it in a real guessing game.

I already have my sorting set to alphabetical. This should also be reflected in the way playlists are shown when choosing to add a song to it.

I've included screenshots to show what I mean.

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you with managing your library.

It's not possible to directly control how the playlists appear in the "Add to Playlist" menu. However, their order isn't random and it reflects the "Custom order" selected in the sidebar. This stays this way even if you then sort the sidebar alphabetically or some other way. So consider sorting the custom order to your liking and then the playlists will appear in that order in the list. Afterwards, you can keep the sidebar sorted alphabetically as well.

it's totally possible when adding songs to playlists on the mobile apps: the hover-scroll box appears with playlists in ALPHABETICAL ORDER. it's possible, they just haven't bothered to make it possible on desktop. what was that about ai making our user experience better?..
