My Question or Issue

please reset my following. there's a bug where it won't show the accurate number - I tried clearing it but even when I don't follow anyone it'll still say the number '21' following. please reset it or help me fix this issue.

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you get the follower count working as expected again.

Do you see the same number across all devices? Did you recently follow/unfollow a lot of things? If so, then we suggest waiting for a day or two, as it can take time for the number to be properly updated on the back end. If the number has been incorrect for an extended period of time, let us know so we can look into this further.
