My Question or Issue

Hi, my Release Radar seemingly just disappeared. I can't find it through searching for it or looking under "Discover New Music" within the "Made For You" section. I already performed a clean reinstall on my mac, but I am still not able to find it!

Would appreciate any help. Thanks

Thanks for the reply @neeyuh. Could you try logging into another account on your main device and see if the playlist is there? If so, this could be account related.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay!

Just to make sure - were you logged in the wrong account and that's why you weren't able to see it or is it still not visible on the account you're using and it was before? If the issue persists, can you let us know when it started happening? What is it after a specific event like an OS or app update, for example?

Apart from the clean reinstall you've already performed, it might be worth checking if this happens with a different internet connection (a hotspot from your phone, for example, or a different WiFi). You can also try logging out and back in a couple of times in a row to make sure everything's synced.

Hi!

It works now. I have two Spotify accounts, and one of them I hadn’t used in about a year. That was the one that was missing the release radar.

It just came back when I checked - I think the problem could be related to me not using it to listen to music for a while, so after I started listening for a couple days it came back.
