My Question or Issue

Is there a way to redo the onboarding / favorite artists selection after the initial setup of the account? My friend has skipped the recommendation stage and now their account is empty, with no recommendations. Is there a way to get to the tastes selection screen again?

Welcome to the Community - We are here to help!

If your friend would like to redo the Onboarding so that they can start with a clean slate, they would have to create a new account.

They can do this with a new email address, or by going into the profile page and changing the current email address to another one. This will free up the actual email address, so that they can use it in the new account creation.

Alternatively, they can close the current account, but keep in mind that it will take up to 14 days for the email address to be permanently deleted from our system and freed up, to be used for a new account.
