My Question or Issue

I had around 600 podcasts downloaded to my library, and today I have around 100.

The rest have just disappeared from my library. How can they be restored automatically?

I’m sorry to hear this. Can you check to see if this is happening on a different device? If it shows the full 600 podcasts you have downloaded on a different device, let’s try a clean reinstall of the app on your One Plus following these steps.

I logged in using another device, and I am seeing the same thing. Everything that I downloaded prior to the beginning of July has disappeared.

Thanks for the reply! Please check out this support page to see if any of this applies to you. If you’re still unable to locate the podcasts after following those steps, then I’d recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
