Then they instantly cut off the conversation, which is not only rude, but above all disrespectful to customers like me who want answers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In short, I don't know if anyone here can help me, but I admit that I am completely disillusioned by the attitude of the support service, which is not helping me at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It took me three years to build up a playlist with followers, and the reputation of our radio station is at stake.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Im in the same boat - i built up a nice playlist, promoted it and now it acts as if its private, some peolpe can load it but most can't and no support.&amp;nbsp; how do we get this fixed?&amp;nbsp; it seemed like it happened around Nov 18th - near cloudflare issue.&amp;nbsp; I've built up a following of 1,600+- followers and now its not working.&amp;nbsp; The way i test it is i open an inognito window, paste the url, and it says not found.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, I contact support every two or three days, but they never respond. They tell me I will receive an email that I never get, or they simply cut off communication because they don't respond. It's disgraceful! I don't understand why no one can help us.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
