My Question or Issue

so i activated 2019 the pre-save for a song

that was zayn and Rehabs- Flame song bc i was a fan and since then every rehab song and his account automatically saves my library even though I don’t follow him…when he brings out a new song it automatically saves in my library.. everyyyyy song. it’s so annoying and I don’t want that anymore. How do I stop it?

I am sorry to hear you’re facing issues with this. First up, I’d suggest that you unblock the artist and then block them again. Afterwards, make sure to log out and then log back into your account twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and device.

If this doesn't do the trick, it's recommended you secure your account by following the steps below:

Log in to your account page and scroll all the way to the bottom.
Select SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.
Request a password reset by visiting this article.
It's also worth checking the apps that are linked to your Spotify account on your account page under Apps and remove any you don't recognize. You can find out more tips on how to protect your account here.
