Eligible but Still Can’t Find Wrapped

The wrapped filter doesn’t show up on my Home Screen. When I search Spotify wrapped it takes me back to my Home Screen, but doesn’t show me anything

I can't reach my spotify wrapped 2025. It doesn't appear on the app and when i try to reach it through web it says "page not found" please fix that

I can't see the Wrapped, when I google "spotify wrapped" and open the link, it opens spotify app and says that the site can't be reached or can't be found. I also have the latest update.

I’ve been using Spotify for 4–5 years and I’m currently using an iPhone 11. Every year, I’ve been able to view my Spotify Wrapped without any issues. However, this year, I wasn’t able to access it.

I updated the app and followed all the necessary steps, but nothing worked. I still can’t see my Wrapped, and I can’t figure out the reason.

Could you please help me with this?

I can't access Spotify wrapped, I go through the link and in the application they tell me "couldn't find this page" how to understand it? I've been listening to music all year through Spotify along with a subscription

Please fix it

Hey!

To open Wrapped make sure you’re on the latest version of the Spotify app and read this year’s FAQ in the Support Site for more information on general eligibility criteria. It's also a good idea to try clearing your cache to remove any old files that might be causing issues.

Eligible users should be able to find Wrapped by searching for it or going to the landing page, or to the data stories landing page.

im at my latest spotify which i’ve already updated my spotify. the thing is i still cant find my spotify wrapped, i try searching spotify wrapped in safari and google i click it and there is the spotify wrapped but when i click “open app” i press open app and it says “couldn’t fine link” so i was like confused since today is the day the wrapped releases .

My wrapped ain’t working bro, when I go to Google the site to my Spotify’s wrapped it leads me to the app and then it shows me on the app a black screen with a box saying error something. I need my wrapped please fix it.

Hi, my Spotify wrapped won't load on browser or in app.

I've tried reinstalling, clearing the cache, checking updates.

How can I fix this? Super keen to see my Spotify wrapped.

For reference, I have a UK account which is shared with others in a plan who have received their Wrapped already.
