Local files on computer

I am trying to sync my local files to Spotify but it is not showing up on either my computer or my phone. I have followed the steps but nothing. What to do?

Can you confirm what steps you've tried so far but nothing helped? Make sure to try all steps on local files troubleshooting listed here as well.

Alternatively, you can try changing the source location of the local files on your PC. Simply create a new folder in a different directory on your device and move your local files to this folder. Then just delete the old folder used for the local files. Now you can try importing the files to your mobile device again.
