Hi so I can swipe and see the slides on my wrapped, but it isn’t animated or anything like how I’ve seen other peoples. I can only see the end part of each slide.

After watching my wrapped for the first time the animations of the slides, therefore also the artist sprint no longer work for me 😞 how can I rewatch it?

Hi, my Spotify wrapped has not been animated for 3 years. When I use my computer, a different phone its still not animated. I've cleared my cache and redownloaded the app. I've also restarted my phone. Nothing seems to allow me to have the full wrapped experience.

I have a problem with my Top Artist Sprint: the graphics are not animated. This means I can't see which artists I streamed in which month. I already have the latest version of the Spotify app and have reinstalled it, but unfortunately it still doesn't work.

Mine doesn't load (picture)

I have the new version of the app, I took it off and reinstalled. I've tried on my tablet, on the website. I can hear music, but I can't see anything. And I'm eligible because I have premium and listen all day everyday.

This is the first year I pay for premium. I'm extremely disappointed.

Please someone help

My Question or Issue

I can see my entire wrapped, all the stories except for the one where it shows my most listened to song, and how many times I listened to it. It only shows load logo at that one but the song does play. I have tried everything, clearing cache, re-installing, log out log in, different device. Nothing worked.

If you're facing issues regarding the animations of your Wrapped stories (not playing, being too slow, too fast or skipping), if possible, we'd suggest you switch the Accessibility and Reduce Motion settings.

To do it, you can follow these steps:

On iOS
- Open Settings.
- Search for Reduce Motion.
- Toggle the switch to turn on/off Reduce Motion.
On Android
- Open Settings.
- Search for Animation.
- Toggle the switch to turn on/off Remove animations.
- You can also check this article to find a more detailed step by step on some Android devices.

Note: Your device may list these options under a different heading, or you may have options to adjust your animation scale. For the best Wrapped experience please ensure this is set to ‘1x’.
