Playlist folders randomly changed

My Question or Issue

Using the web player all day at work, used Apple car play on the way home and then opened the app on my iPhone tonight. All my beautifully ordered playlist Folders have moved. Some playlists are now in the root. Some are within other folders. Same thing happened yesterday so I removed the app and downloaded it again. Everything was fine but I did have to download all the songs and podcasts again. really don’t want to have to do it again What is happening?

To the steps you've tried so far, we'd like to add some more. We'd suggest that you log out > restart their device > log back in.

You can also check these steps and clean the app's cache without losing your downloads.
