I've changed my location and all my Playlist cotent had dissappeared

I've changed my location from Spain to Vietnam and all the content from my playlists and liked songs (4600 songs) have dissappeared. The lists are still there but empty.

That happened in the app and on the desktop.

How can I fix it?

I understand it you've already updated your Spotify account's country settings to match the country you're currently residing in - if you haven't yet, make sure to do so by following the steps here.

In case the issue persists, you may have accidentally logged in to another secondary Spotify account of yours. This article goes in-depth on how to locate your main one and regain access to your playlists.

I've reached Customer Service yesterday, now I can see some of my lists
but, ie from more than 4000 songs in my "songs that I like" list I only
have 283.

If you've changed your account country to match the location you're currently in, but you still don't see all your songs and haven't removed them, then this mismatch between the numbers you're seeing for your Liked Songs playlist makes us think you might have another account, where these 4 000 songs are saved. Even if you're travelling and some content isn't available in the region you're in, that definitely wouldn't affect the number of Liked Songs you have, the unavailable ones would just be greyed out.

We'd really recommend checking this guide that @Yordan sent and following the suggestions in it to try to locate the account in question. Let us know if you experience any difficulties with this process and we can try to help you out.

I've literally see how the songs disappeared, the number of songs going
down.
It took me a long time to build that list.
And yes, is the same account I've used before.

Since we don't have access to user accounts here on the Community, we can't really know for sure what might have happened and it'd be best to reach out privately again so this can be looked into and your list restored if you don't see all your songs.
