Hi there @ctpreston24,

Thanks for posting on the forum!

If you've not already done this, as a first step I'd recommend a clean reinstall with the steps here which also includes clearing the cache that can cause different issues when it's corrupted. Worth mentioning here is that all of your downloaded content will be removed. After this, make sure to check in Spotify's Settings that the Downloads over cellular toggle is still turned Off and hasn't been reset.

If the pop-up still prevents content from queuing while you're on mobile data, try these alternatives:

Toggle On Offline Mode within the Settings > Playback. Clicking on Download while in Offline Mode could correctly queue the items without triggering cellular data prompts. Turning On Offline Mode prevents the app from even "knowing" it's on cellular, which is why it should stop the data warning pop-up.

Instead of hitting download, make sure to Like the album or add it to a playlist that's already set to download. If your Liked Songs playlist is already set to download for example, the new tracks should automatically queue and download once you reconnect to Wi-Fi.

Let us know how it goes.

When not connected to WiFi and clicking download on an album, I get a pop up saying if I want to modify this setting. Previously, clicking around the pop up closed but queued the album for download later when on wifi; now I cannot find a way to queue.
