Hey there @colourbandit,

Welcome to the Community.

We recommend you do a clean reinstall of the app following the steps in this support article. If that does not help, make sure you have enough available space on your device and try using a different network to download the album. You can also try adding the tracks from the album to a separate playlist and download that playlist. The easiest way to select a large number of tracks is using the desktop app and simply clicking Ctrl+A (Windows)/Command+A (iOS) and adding them to a new playlist.

Hope this helps. Don't hesitate to reach out here again if more questions pop up.

Have an awesome day!

Album not fully loading

Premium plan

UK

iPhone XS

iOS 13

I was trying to load and download a quite large album (Don Quixote by Bookstream Audiobooks, Miguel de Cervantes, & Peter Silverleaf) to my iPhone, however when I go into the album, only a certain number of tracks show up, up to the one named "Volume 1, Chapter 38: Don Quixote - Part 5" (the 500th track) and I cannot see the rest, which should go up to "Volume 2, Chapter 25: Don Quixote - Part 13". When I downloaded the album, the correct number of tracks appeared to download (947), however I can't view most of these. I know they are on the album as they show up when I use Spotify on my laptop, however can't seem to fix the issue on my phone. Help?

I don't know if this will would for you, but whenever there is a problem on Spotify, I just restart my device and go on the app again.
