When I open Spotify I have access to all of my playlists and can open/play them with no problem aside from my liked songs playlist. When I open I receive an error and am given no way to see/play the music in that playlist&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Does this occur over Wi-Fi, cellular data or both? Could you try logging out from the app's&lt;STRONG&gt; Settings &amp;gt; Log out&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then signing back in to your account? This will force a resync that may help here. If logging out doesn't do the trick, try a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

It seems like &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;the clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; helped, so give it a try if you haven't.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It'd also be great if you can ask someone to log in their own Spotify account on your device to check if they experience the same thing. This way we can determine if it's account-related.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

To clear any cache, please perform a full &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall &lt;/A&gt;instead, hopefully this will force a resync and get everything working again.&lt;/P&gt;

Seems like (for me at least) the problem was smart shuffle: once I turned off smart shuffle, it working again as normal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done absolutely everything the internet has told me, from signing out to uninstalling it to doing the clean reinstall that Spotify themselves recommend. I've tried turning off and turning my wifi back on, I've tried turning shuffle off and back on, but absolutely nothing works. The best I can get is a song or two before it starts acting up again, but that's not a guarantee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Other playlists still work, as does searching for individual songs on the desktop app's search bar, but my Liked Songs has thousands of songs not in any of my other playlists; I shouldn't feel forced to not hear these songs because of whatever this problem is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue is only present on the desktop app, I'd suggest navigating to &lt;STRONG&gt;the three dots menu in the top left corner &amp;gt; Help &amp;gt; Troubleshooting &amp;gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;and selecting&lt;STRONG&gt; Reset App Data &amp;amp; Restart&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This will clear any leftover cache that might have been corrupted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Something else that's worth trying is flushing your DNS cache with these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Windows&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;In Windows’ search bar, type “Command Prompt” and run it as an administrator.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend testing with another Wi-Fi network to see if it makes a difference. For example, you can ask a friend or a relative to create a mobile hotspot for you to connect to. In case you're using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily as well.&lt;/P&gt;
