Uploading Local Files Only Selecting Full Album

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to upload some songs to my local files. I recently downloaded all the songs I wanted as MP3s, uploaded those MP3s to my google drive in one folder (the one seen in the screen shot), and renamed each individual file (the renamed names can also been seen in the screenshot). But when I go to upload them to Spotify, it only gives me the option to select the whole folder, and when I do that, the titles of the songs are their original weird and long ones, and some of the titles are just messed up and glitched (also attached as a screenshot. Those repeat songs all actually play as different songs, and none of them are named "Adios"). Why am I encountering this issue and what can I do about it? Thank you.

Music apps show metadata of music files not the names of the files. You have to use an ID3 tag editor to change artist, album etc to show up correctly in Spotify.
