&lt;P&gt;Could you please confirm which screen are you referring to:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/now-playing/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Now playing view&lt;/A&gt; in the Spotify app showing the controls and the album art of the song.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Playback controls in the notifications&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the first one, you can simply click the now playing bar (&lt;EM&gt;which shows the song that is currently being played&lt;/EM&gt;) at the bottom of your Spotify app, right above the home, search, and library buttons. This will bring the &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/now-playing/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Now Playing View&lt;/A&gt; in focus.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's about the notification section, try checking if Spotify is allowed to show notifications in your device settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
