Since Spotify appeared in Russia and I changed my country to Russia, I can't find my Discover Weekly playlist anywhere.

After you change your country you'll need to wait a couple of weeks before the system starts generating new Discover Weekly playlists for you. This is due to the difference in content availability between regions.

You can try to access your Discover Weekly through this link and see if you can see the playlist. If you still can't see your DW we recommend you keep your app up to date and wait a few weeks, while you keep listening to your favorite music.
