Adding multiple song from playlist. (text file Artist - Song name)

My Question or Issue

Is there any way to transfer my playlist (over 1000 songs, saved in a simple text file Artist - Song name) to Spotify, rather than manually copy/paste + search? Using "Local files" function is not an option, because most of the songs are not on my PC. (Social networks, streaming services, etc.)
