Playlist doesn't continue from where it stopped

My Question or Issue

Every time when I play my liked songs playlist with shuffle off and not from the beginning, i.e. starting by some song in the middle of the playlist, after I stop listenning it doesn't resume from where it stopped and goes to the beginning of the playlist.

And when I try to play again from where it stopped, it takes a long time to finnally play the song.
