&lt;P&gt;If you are, can you let us know if you've already tried to log out &amp;gt; restart your device &amp;gt; log back in? It's also a good idea to try a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall &lt;/A&gt;to clear any old files that might be causing issues.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We'll need to know if everything looks okay with your local files on your desktop - are you able to see them and play them as usual?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
