My Question or Issue

For some reason suddenly all my downloded playlists on both pc and my phone where deleted and now needs to be redownload, and i have enough storage on both devices

Why/how did it happen? And how can i ensure it won't happen again?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

If your tracks won't stay downloaded to your device, we suggest updating the device's operating system (if there are any updates available) and reinstalling the app before downloading the tracks again.

If you had any recent updates as such, that might also have caused the downloads to be accidentally removed.
