My Question or Issue

I have about 1000-1500 songs downloaded on my phone. went on a trip without serviceso i had to use my offline music. When i tried to play it, it refused me to play it, just said 0:00. This issue seemed to be with the songs i listen the most to. AND IT REALLY SUCKS! Anyone who has the same problem or a solution. Already tried to reinstall the app, and sign out and then in. None of these options solved the problem.

Try reinstalling once again, but this time following the steps for a clean reinstall described here. This will make sure any corrupted files from previous installations get removed from your device.

If you still can't listen offline after the clean reinstall, check if any battery optimization and data cleaning apps or settings run active in your iPhone. Let us know if this persists once you've disabled them.
