My Question or Issue

Hi y’all,

Hoping someone on here knows what the issue is or has had a similar situation with their account. Recently a bunch of the artists I follow aren’t showing I’m following them. When I go to a particular artists page that I’ve followed in the past the following box will not be clicked and still says “follow” not “following.” I know I follow these artists and am pretty sure I still get their music in my release radar but just oddly doesn’t show up when I go to the artists page. I’m starting to notice this happening more often then not. Any ideas or help with this issue are welcome!

Hey @Leah96,

Thank you for your post.

Can you try to perform a clean reinstall? This step will clean the cache and corrupted files from previous installations that can cause issues with downloaded content.

If that doesn't do the trick - can you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persists?

Also - how many artists do you follow?

It would also be great if you can provide us a screenshot of what you see on one artist page that you know you're following.
