This one is more thorough than the usual install. You can also download the app from the Microsoft store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, you can try&amp;nbsp;installing the app in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-10-92c27cff-db89-8644-1ce4-b3e5e56fe234" target="_blank"&gt;Safe mode&lt;/A&gt;. It's also a good idea to try on another device. That way we can see if it's a device-related issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium (Duo)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ireland&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Daily Drive will not load playlist without force quitting Spotify.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I load or listen to a Daily drive playlist on let's say Monday, when I go back to the app to load or listen on Tuesday the playlist will only load as per the attached screenshot. Force quitting spotify, not just closing, will resolve the issue after 2-3 attempts. Clearing all cache has not resolved etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I doulbe click &lt;STRONG&gt;any&lt;/STRONG&gt; of the blank lines it will play the "It's Tuesday" intro track and then proceed to play the playlist eventually playing through to talkSPORT and Rose Tattoo - if I double click them directly they will play as you would expect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also my news is from London, but I'm in Ireland - separate issue I believe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
