"Recently Played" not accurate

My Question or Issue

I know this question has been raised before, but ever since the newest update, my Recently Played selections are not only incomplete, but wrong. How can I view an accurate listening history (on PC). There used to be a category on the left hand menu...but now it is gone. Thanks!
