My Question or Issue

Hi,

is there any option that prevents played songs/artists to influence my auto-generated playlists, taste and suggestions?

E.g. I'm listening to Heavy Metal (and it's sub-genres) 99% of the time. But on some occasions (like Christmas) I hear some classical Christmas songs etc.

Or I want to checkout an artist from a complete different genre.

This directly affects my playlists (e.g. Mix of the week, Release Radar) and suggestions I get. I don't want that.

Just because I checked out Ice-T with two songs I'm not interested in Hip Hop in general.

So, some kind of a "guest" mode would be perfect (but still be logged in!).

Any advise?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

You can enable Private Session from the app's setting. This way your recommendation playlists won't be influenced when you're listening to genres outside of your usual music taste.
