Adding family members while overseas

I have a Spotify account in the USA.  My company has recently moved us to Canada (we don't know for how long).  I went to sign my daughter up for spotify and cannot join her to the family plan because my billing address is in the USA, while my IP address says we're in Canada, so her account will not allow any other country to be specified but Canada.  Please help.

Hey @rob1717,

You could change your accounts country to Canada. Please note that you need to have a payment method and billing address in Canada.

Alternatively, your daughter could change her accounts country to United States so you can invite her. (If its a free account, she would need to do it through an IP Address from the United States)
