Can't get to my old profile on my new phone.

Soo... I got a new phone, the iphone 7 (hope it has nothing to do whit that), anyway, on my old iphone 5s ande my PC I have my profile. like it is supposed to be. I have premium too, and I am logged on with Facebook. 

BUT when I got my new phone and installed spotify and Facebook, first I logged on to my facebook account and then I tried on spotify. I came in, it had my name on the account, but no signs that it was my previous account and I did not have premium at all. When i tried to set an device password, so i could try to log in to my origional account, it didn't work. I have tried so many times, but i can't quite get it. Help?

Hey @Anneli_Mast,

Follow this to get a device password:

1. Go to Facebook settings.
2. Select Security.
3. Select App Passwords. 
4. Click Generate App Password. 
5. Enter your current Facebook password and click Submit.
6. Enter Spotify, and Facebook will automatically generate a password for you.

You can use it, with your Facebook email address as username, to log into Spotify directly on any device.

Hi! I have the exact same problem, but i have never logged on to spotify via facebook. How can i restore my playlist and get back my premium account then?

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
