Can't login on IOS but able to login on android and laptop

Hi Guys,

 

Here's my concern, I'm getting a login failed error when I'm using an iPhone.

 

However, I tried to login to a different device, an android and with my laptop as well, I was able to login successfully.

 

Spotify version is 5.7.0 while IOS version is 9.3.3.

 

Has anyone encountered the same case?

Just to close this thread, a fresh install of the iPhone made the Spotify work.

It only states the following: "Unable to login, either username or password is incorrect. Have you signed up for a Spotify account?"

As an update, I tried to login to a another iPhone but with IOS 9.3.2 version only, I was able to login successfully.

 

It seems that there's an incompatibility concern on the IOS 9.3.3 with Spotify 5.7.0.

If you're trying to log in using email address and password, please try using username and password.

Yes I can't login on my iPhone!!!

I'd recommend a reinstall of Spotify: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/reinstallation-of-spotify/

Thanks Maxim, I've previously did the re-installation of Spotify, but I still encountered the failed login.

 

Using the iPhone Safari, I tried to login in the accounts page of spotify, login failed as well.

A fresh install of spotify on my iPhone did not work for me.  How can you contact Spotify to get help?

What operating system and version of Spotify are you using? Does it happen both over WiFi and mobile data?

 

Also, are you seeing any error messages?
