Cannot login after being added to the family account

Cannot login after being added to the family account

I just upgraded my Spotify premium account to a family account so my mom and dad can also use Spotify premium. However after I added her account to the family account, of which I'm the admin, she could not login on her Spotify account anymore. How can we solve this? We've tried changing the password and closing the app.
