Cant Log in anymore

was able to login earlier but I have now had to re register. I have now lost my entire playlist and one of which container over 1200 song which took me a number of years to build up.

This would no be a problem but 1200 songs is a lot to remember and doubt I will ever remember them all.

Like I say I have had to register and and to top it off I am no longer a premium member I am just a free user so will have to pay again.

Im really not very happy about this

could you tell us what happened? Why were you able to log in earlier but suddenly not anymore?

yeah I remember cause I was listing to one of my playlists at the time. I was in the menu prefrences but I accidently clicked disconnect from facebook it signed me out but I could no longer login after that not through facebook or with my email and password.

All I could do was register again.

Could you please try deleting Spotify App in your Facebook App Settings:

Then Connect Spotify with your Facebook Account again. It works in most cases!

- Click Spotify in the menu bar.
- Select Preferences.
- Scroll down to FACEBOOK under Social.
- Click CONNECT TO FACEBOOK.
- Enter your Facebook login details, then click Log In.

Sorry I dont see that option all i see is Facebook underneath that it says my name with a picture of my facebook profile and underneath that it says share my activity on facebook.

Ok let's try this:

Go to Spotify and try logging back in using your Spotify username and password (not your email address).

If you can't remember your password, go to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ to request a reset.

my username as always been my email address I dont think I have ever signed in another way

You have to use log in using your old account username, not the new one...

The New one was the same as my old username
