Hy,

 

I was living in Ireland and paying my premium account in EUROS, but now I have come back to Brazil where is my hometown and I'd like to pay it in reais. I have changed my country but you still are charging me in euros. How can I fix it?

Hi @julianachermont thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

There's a couple of ways that Spotify knows where abouts in the world you are based. Hopefully knowing these will help you figure out and correct the problem you're having here! 

 

1) On your account profile Spotify will use your current IP address. If you're using a VPN or Proxy server disable it or set it to the country you're in.

2) On the subsciption payment page you can alter your payment method to a new card of the country you're in and Spotify will change accordingly. If you're using an Irish payment method for example it will assume you're in Ireland.
