Charged twice a month since Nov 2014

Have just discovered that I have been charged two payments a month for the past two years. Have contacted customer care, hope they will refund me. Seems this has happened to many others.

Hey @chrissiecad,

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.

 

With your payment details, they'll be able to determine which accounts you may be paying, if that's the case.
