Charged twice in month

i had a premium account and paid my monthly subscription on 7th Feb.  on 16th Feb i upgraded to family account and was charged the full €14.99 on 27/02.  as i had already paid 9.99 for the month of february i should not have to pay the full subscription for the family - i should be part creditied.  does anyone know how i can contact spotify to have this rectified?

can you confirm that you subsribed your premium directly with Spotify, not any other company?

yes upgraded online directly with spotify
