E card- lost the code

I bought an E -card yesterday to a friend but I wrote the wrong mailadress to him. And unfortunately I threw my receipt away 😞

I have already sent an message to Spotify but how long will it take until I get an answer? Or is it possible to see the code somewhere on my or my friends account page?

Did you delete your sent items in your email?  Other than that, my guess is that you will probably have to wait to get a response back from Spotify.  I don't know of any way to see the codes in your account.

Yes I deleted everything, because I thought my friend has got the code 😞
Then I have to wait then... 😞

II bought a gift card for my daughter but she lost it can I use the recite to get a new code?

Hey @Nadasurf_ ! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and ask them nicely! Fingers crossed they can get it sorted for you 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
